Sales Automation ·Confidential, B2B outbound platform

Targeting, qualification and messaging run off one lead record, so LinkedIn and email never tell a prospect two different stories.

A B2B sales team running outbound through a pile of disconnected tools, re-keying the same lead data by hand and launching campaigns slowly because of it.

Where this fits

Best for sales teams running outbound across LinkedIn and email through a pile of disconnected tools.

Campaign setup went from about a day to under an hour. Built in two months.

  • One source of truth for LinkedIn and email
  • Apollo, Hunter and Exa enrichment
  • Node and TypeScript

What we did

  • Unified lead discovery, enrichment and sending into one pipeline
  • Derived qualification and messaging from a single lead record
  • Routed each prospect between LinkedIn and email automatically
  • Built a five stage flow from ICP to sending, with approval gates

Result

A campaign that used to take a day of exporting, enriching and re-keying now takes under an hour in one place. Because qualification and messaging come off the same record, the LinkedIn message and the email say the same thing about the same person.

Campaign pipeline from ICP to sending, with approval gates between stages, and account health tracked alongside: email warmup and daily LinkedIn connection use. Test account.

The hard part

The hard part of outbound is not sending, it is that the enrichment sources disagree and deliverability punishes you for it. Apollo, Hunter and Exa will return different titles, different addresses and sometimes a different company for the same person. Guess wrong and you bounce, and bounces compound into domain reputation damage that takes weeks to undo. So the system has to reconcile sources before anything sends, and pace sending against warmup state rather than against a schedule.
